How to change your mind, and what the law guarantees you.
14 days to change your mind
Ready-made pieces bought online carry a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The period starts on the day you receive the goods — you do not need to give a reason.
How to withdraw
Send us a withdrawal notice within 14 days of receiving your order — the online withdrawal form, linked above and in the footer, is the surest way. We confirm every notice by email and, if the order is eligible, send return instructions. Then post the goods back no later than 14 days after your notice.
Return postage
When you withdraw, you pay the ordinary cost of posting the piece back, because we inform you of this in advance. Please pack the piece carefully — you are responsible for it until it reaches us.
Your refund
We refund the item price and our standard outbound delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard, the difference is not refunded. We may wait with the refund until the goods have arrived back or you have shown evidence of posting them. The refund goes to your original payment method within 14 days of your notice.
Custom-made pieces
Jewelry made from your own cutlery — or otherwise made to your personal specification — cannot be returned for a change of mind, because the transformation is irreversible and the piece is made for you alone. This legal exception never removes your rights if a piece is faulty or not as described.
Something wrong with the piece?
Statutory defect rights under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act are separate from the withdrawal right and are never shortened. If a piece is faulty or does not match its description, contact us and we will put it right.
Repairs
We repair our own work for life. Postage to the studio is the customer's, the repair itself is usually free.
