Please never post your cutlery to us before it has been approved. Some pieces cannot be reshaped, and we would rather your heirloom stayed safely with you than travelled for nothing.
How it works

Send photos first
Fill in the custom order form with clear photos, dimensions and any hallmarks. Please do not mail anything yet.

We review suitability
We check the metal, thickness and pattern. Some plated or hollow-handled pieces cannot be safely reshaped — we'll tell you honestly.

You receive a quote
A written quote with the proposed design, price in EUR and timeline. Nothing is charged until you approve it.

Then you post the cutlery
Only after approval do we send posting instructions. Your piece is tracked from the moment it reaches the studio.

Made by hand
Annealed, shaped, filed and polished over two to four weeks. You'll see photos before it ships.
Questions we're often asked
- What can be transformed?
- Solid silver, silver-plated and good-quality stainless cutlery. Hollow-handled knives and very thin plate usually can't be reshaped safely.
- What if my piece isn't suitable?
- We'll say so before you post anything, and we can suggest a matching vintage piece from our own stock instead.
- Can I keep the hallmark?
- Usually yes. Tell us in the form and we'll design around the marks so the history stays visible.
- How long does it take?
- Typically two to four weeks from the day your cutlery arrives at the studio.
