Who is responsible
The data controller is Rushaniia Gubaidullina T:mi, a sole trader based in Finland. You can contact us about your personal data through the contact form on this website.
What we collect
Order details — your name, email, delivery address, optional phone, selected ring size and what you bought; payment status and payment references from our payment provider (we never see or store your card number); the text and cutlery photos you send with a custom request; messages you send us; withdrawal notices; and technical security data, such as a one-way hash used for rate limiting our forms.
Why, and on what basis
To take, fulfil and deliver your order and handle returns (performance of a contract); to meet legal duties such as accounting (legal obligation); to keep the shop secure and prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest); and to reply to your messages. We do not currently run a newsletter list, so no email is stored for one.
Who processes it
Payments are processed by Stripe. The site, its database and file storage run on our cloud platform provider, and order emails are sent through our transactional email provider. Our forms are protected from abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile. We never sell personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting material is kept only as long as the law requires — Finnish accounting rules can require supporting material to be kept for up to six years after the end of the financial year. Other personal data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed. Custom-order photos are kept for the duration of the project, and we always ask separately before showing a piece publicly.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact us through the contact form on this website. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
